We have filled our office and our bench of Engage Lawyers with people who are motivated by achieving the best outcomes for all rather than for one. This helps us to maintain a community of great people working towards one common goal.

We love hearing back from happy clients whose Legal problems we have helped to solve, and we make every effort to take on board all feedback to continuously improve our technology and secondment processes.

Our team takes responsibility for their tasks and respects the role they play at Plexus. Together everyone works towards a common goal by owning their role completely.

No one likes a broken promise. We come from small foundations, so we know the value of our word and you can bet that we take our commitments seriously. Building, growing and maintaining relationships with each other, our extended team and with our clients is at utmost importance. We know that only when we fulfil our commitments to the best of our ability are we able to be the best organisation we can be.

We pride ourselves in fostering a workplace environment focused on development and community. While we are committed to doing the job and doing it well, this isn’t at the expense of our team wellbeing. Work is the place where you spend the majority of your day and so we believe that place should be somewhere that challenges and inspires you to be the best version of yourself that you can be.
At Plexus we believe business can serve as a force for good, and giving back has been part of our DNA since the early days.
10% of Plexus' ownership sits within a charitable fund, which means every employee spends the equivalent of one day a fortnight directly contributing to our social impact program.
Through the Plexus Foundation, we contribute a mix of profits, employee time, equity, and products to social-impact organisations both locally and around the globe. Our target is to have donated $15m in cash and kind by 2024.
We offer a generous NFP discounting program for eligible Plexus Gateway customers and run regular donation-matching initiatives with our team. We are proud of the partnerships we’ve built with some incredible organisations including Wesley Mission, Igniting Change, Giant Steps and The Almanah Hope Centre Fiji.
