Betty Crocker Satisfied or Voucher Offer ("Conditions of Entry")

Offer Terms

Aus. res. 18+ only. Individuals who purchase a Betty Crocker 99% sugar-free vanilla muffin or a Betty Crocker 99% sugar-free chocolate muffin from any store within Australia that sells the products between 15/8/24 and 31/12/24 are entitled to claim a $10 Coles or Woolworths voucher if they are not satisfied with the product. Claimants have to option to choose the voucher they prefer (either Coles or Woolworths), subject to availability. Vouchers can be requested by either: (a) calling the Betty Crocker consumer careline on 1800 888 484 and providing their purchase and personal details (as requested), along with a reason they are not satisfied with the product and their voucher preference; OR (b) via the Betty Crocker website ‘contact us’ form found at https://contactus.generalmills.com/ and including the following purchase information: barcode, code date stamp, store/location purchased and either their postal address or email address (depending on how they prefer to receive their voucher), along with a reason they are not satisfied with the product and their voucher preference in the message. Valid claims must be received within 2 weeks of purchase. Max 1 claim per person and per household. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher. The Promoter (General Mills ABN 71 007 663 041 of Level 4, 545 Blackburn Road, Mt Waverley, VIC 3149) reserves the right to cancel or amend this offer at any time. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of claims and claimant's details. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss and/or damage arising in any way from this offer, including the acceptance or use of any item supplied as part of this offer. Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
