Coles Second Bite Donation Promotion ("Conditions of Entry")

Offer Terms

Starts 26/6/24 12:01am AEST & ends 30/7/24 11:59pm AEST (‘Offer Period’). To participate in this offer, purchase either a Mount Franklin Lightly Sparkling water or Mount Franklin Still water (either in a single bottle/can or multipack) (each a ‘Participating Product’) from Coles (including Coles online). Offer excludes Uber Eats/DoorDash purchases). For the sake of clarity, a multipack equates to one (1) Participating Product. For each Participating Product purchased during the Offer Period, the promoter will donate 10 cents to Second Bite (ABN 66 116 251 613) 93 Northern Road, Heidelberg West, VIC 3081 (a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Non-for profits Commission) (‘Donation’) up to a maximum of AUD$200,000 in donations. The promoter is Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Australia Pty Limited ABN 68 076 594 119, Level 13, 40 Mount Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060, and reserves the right to cancel or amend this offer at anytime.
