If, due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Participant (or their proxy) cannot attend in person, participation will be via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, using the details provided by the Promoter, on a nominated date and time (and will be recorded). The Promoter shall decide, in its absolute discretion, whether it is suitable and appropriate for the Game to take place in Byron Bay or via Zoom/Microsoft Teams. In the event that the Game takes place via Zoom/Microsoft Teams, the trip to Byron Bay and all associated components can be taken by the winner at another time and can be arranged with the Promoter.
