Terms & Conditions
In It Together Consumer ("Conditions of Entry")

General Conditions:

1. The promoter is PPG Industries Australia Pty Ltd ABN 82 055 500 939, 14 McNaughton Road, Clayton, VIC 3168, Australia. Ph: 13 24 24 (“Promoter”).
2. From 1 March 2021, consumers who purchase 4L of Taubmans Endure, Taubmans All Weather, Taubmans Easycoat or Taubmans Sunproof from any Bunnings store in Australia or from any independent store which displays advertising for the GIVIT donation offer will be supporting GIVIT charity, by indirectly contributing to donations to the GIVIT charity.
3. PPG has engaged both Bunnings and independent stores nationally to participate in the donation offer, whereby:
   1. Where Bunnings Head office purchases from PPG four (4) pallets of Taubmans (one (1) pallet each of Taubmans Endure, Taubmans All Weather, Taubmans Easycoat and Taubmans Sunproof - all in 4L size)) for every Bunnings store within Australia during the Buy-In Period (“Eligible Order”), PPG will donate to GIVIT Listed Ltd ABN 21 137 408 201 - Goods for Good Causes (GIVIT):
      1. AUD$5 for each 4L can of Taubmans Endure and Taubmans All Weather purchased in the Eligible Order; and
      2. AUD$2.50 for 4L each can of Taubmans Easycoat and Taubmans Sunproof purchased in the Eligible Order, up to a maximum total donation cap of AUD$180,000 to GIVIT.
   2. Where an independent store who is a PPG customer purchases ½ pallet each of Taubmans Endure, Taubmans All Weather, Taubmans 3 in 1 prep, Taubmans Easycoat and Taubmans Sunproof – all in 4L size, in a single order and the order for the above purchase is completed on the specific order form for this promotion via their PPG sales representative or via the PPG customer service team at the PPG head office, during the Buy-In Period, PPG will donate to GIVIT:
      1. AUD$5 for each 4L can of Taubmans Endure and Taubmans All Weather purchased in the Eligible Order; and
      2. AUD$2.50 for each 4L can of Taubmans Easycoat and Taubmans Sunproof purchased in the Eligible Order, up to a maximum total donation cap of AUD$180,000 to GIVIT.
4. Purchases outlined in clause 3 above are for on-sell to consumers.
5. Buy-In Period starts 9am AEDT 01/02/21 and ends 11.59pm AEDT 28/02/21 (for Bunnings) and starts 9am AEDT 01/02/2021 and ends 11.59pm AEDT 31/03/2021 (for independent stores) (“Buy-In Period”). The products purchased by participating stores (i.e. Bunnings stores within Australia and participating independent stores within Australia) for this offer will only be available to on-sell to consumers from 01/03/21 to 31/04/21. Consumers will be made aware if their purchases may contribute to the donation offer by display of advertising in the participating store at the time of purchase.
6. The exact time of an order to be eligible for the donation offer will be determined by the Promoter in consultation with the individual participating stores.
7. Funds collected will be given to GIVIT and distributed as agreed in PPG’s Charitable Donation Pledge Agreement and MoU with GIVIT.
8. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
9. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or not fulfil any donation to GIVIT.
10. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
11. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
