L’Oréal Professionnel Free Metal Detox Services Campaign (Salons) ("Conditions of Entry")

Full Terms:

Salons who have made a purchase of Metal Detox product(s) between 1/5/22 and 20/6/22 are eligible to take part in the L’Oréal Professionnel Free Metal Detox Services Campaign (taking part from 20/6/22 to 17/7/22). During this campaign, salon customers are invited to request a colour service and receive a free Metal Detox Service. Eligible salons can opt to take part in the L’Oréal Professionnel Free Metal Detox Services Campaign by notifying their business consultant/area manager.

Each time a customer takes up the free Metal Detox service offer, the salon will be required to assist the customer to complete the online registration form (to record their free Metal Detox service). Eligible salons that register 25 or more colour services (with free Metal Detox) will qualify for 1 x free Metal Detox Pre-Treatment Spray 500ml & 1 x free Metal Detox Cleansing Cream Shampoo 1500ml. Eligible salons that register 50 or more colour services (with free Metal Detox) will qualify for 1 x free Metal Detox Pre-Treatment Spray 500ml,1 x free Metal Detox Cleansing Cream Shampoo 1500ml, 1 x free Metal Detox Anti-Deposit Protector Conditioner 500ml & 1 x free Metal Detox Anti-Deposit Protector Masque 500ml. If an eligible salon registers 75 or more colour services (with free Metal Detox), they will receive a further 1 x free Metal Detox spray & 1 x free Metal Detox shampoo. If an eligible salon registers 100 or more colour services (with free Metal Detox) they will qualify for a further 1 x free Metal Detox conditioner & 1 x free Metal Detox masque. Metal Detox products will continue to be awarded in increments of 25 registrations as set out in these Terms and Conditions, subject to a maximum of 300 colour service registrations per eligible salon. In the event that an eligible salon performs more than 300 x colour services (with free Metal Detox), no further replenishment products will be provided (and any cost associated with providing the free Metal Detox service will be the responsibility of the eligible salon).

The first batch of replenishment Metal Detox supplies will be distributed approximately four weeks after the campaign has ended. Any further batches will be distributed approximately 12 weeks after the campaign has ended. This offer is not valid with other offer/s. Metal Detox replenishment products are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Eligible salons who opt in to take part in the L’Oréal Professionnel Free Metal Detox Services Campaign must agree to provide the Metal Detox service free of charge to eligible customers. It is the salon’s responsibility to ensure that the customer registers their free Metal Detox service – if this does not occur, the salon will not be able to claim that Metal Detox service towards their total number of services provided.
