Eligible claimants

Claims are only open to Australian residents who are professional painters aged 18 years or over who hold a PPG account and who are invited to participate in this Promotion.

How to Claim

To claim a reward, the claimant must achieve a set sales target during the Promotional Period. The sales targets (Tier 1, 2 & 3) will be determined and provided by PPG. Each month the claimant will receive an eDM which allows them to track their progress and percentage (%) corresponding to their sales targets.

Any claimant that achieves their Tier 1 Sales Target will be eligible to claim the Sales Target 1 Reward.

Any claimant that achieves their Tier 2 Sales Target will be eligible to claim the Sales Target 2 Reward.

Any claimant that achieves their Tier 3 Sales Target will be eligible to claim the Sales Target 3 Reward.

Each claimant’s individual targets will be available in their internal portal for transparency.

Any sales returned to PPG during the Promotional Period or cancelled orders will be deducted off the total sales amount used to determine whether a claimant has met its sales target.

For the sake of clarity, claimants are only eligible for the one (1) reward (and will be awarded the highest value reward based on the sales target achieved).

  • various experiences with the other eligible claimants and the PPG team.

Reward Conditions

Sales Target Rewards 2 and 3:

  • The trip will either be towards the end of 2025 or early 2026 (at the Promoter’s discretion). The exact date, when determined, will be communicated to each eligible claimant. If a claimant is unavailable or unwilling to travel on the date required by the Promoter, they will forfeit their right to the reward and will not be awarded cash or any other alternative in lieu.
  • Travel itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
  • Reward is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual service providers.
  • The claimant and his/her travel companion (if applicable) must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together.
  • Travel is subject to booking and flight availability.
  • Frequent flyer points will not be awarded and do not form part of the reward.
  • Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the reward description, are not included.
  • The claimant may be required to present their credit card at check in.
  • The list of experiences will be determined by the Promoter and will be communicated to the claimant. Where applicable, the claimant and his/her companion (if applicable) must possess appropriate levels of fitness, health, skill, balance, dexterity and other personal characteristics so as to be able to safely undertake any experience/activity. The claimant and his/her companion (if applicable) must carefully assess the levels of fitness, health, skill, balance, dexterity and other personal characteristics required of them when the experience/activity is disclosed to them. The claimant and/or his/her companion (if applicable) must immediately withdraw from the experience/activity if they may not satisfy any of the required levels of fitness, health, skill, balance, dexterity or other personal characteristics. The Promoter may require the claimant and his/her companion to submit information relating to their fitness, health, skill, balance, dexterity or other personal characteristics. Acceptance of the claimant and his/her companion (if applicable) following receipt of this information in no way: (a) constitutes a representation or assurance that the claimant and his/her companion (if applicable) is suited to undertake the activity; or (b) relieves the claimant and his/her companion (if applicable) of the obligation to assess the requirements of the activity and to withdraw if there is any doubt regarding their suitability.
  • Only applicable to Sales Target 3 Reward Claimants: Both the winner and their companion must be aged 18 years or over.

Apple Watch Series 9 (45mm, GPS + Cellular) Reward Conditions:

  • The exact colour of the Apple Watch will be determined by the Promoter and will be communicated to the claimant.
  • The Apple Watch does not include anything additional such as Apple care, data plan, etc.
  • Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this Promotion.

Claimant notification

Successful claimants will be contacted via email or phone by a representative of the Promoter within seven (7) business days once the Promoter has determined a claimant has qualified for the reward.

Further Conditions

  1. The claimant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Claim (and Schedule) and that claiming a reward in the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Claim (and Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Claim have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
  2. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Eligible sales are deemed to have taken place based on the Promoter’s records. Such records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of any eligible sales.
  3. Employees (and their immediate family members) of agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, businesses involved in determination of claimant/s for the Promotion, businesses involved in the management of the Promotion, any organisation benefiting from the Promotion, the Promoter’s distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to claim. "Immediate family member" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
  4. The value of the rewards is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the rewards (inclusive of GST) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the rewards after that date.
  5. No part of a reward is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other reward or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.
  6. The reward will either be awarded to the owner or the manager or the business in question (as determined by the Promoter).
  7. Claimants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter's database. The Promoter may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the claimant electronically. The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy which is located at https://www.taubmans.com.au/pr.... The Promoter collects personal information about claimants to enable them to participate in this Promotion and may disclose the claimants' personal information to third parties including its contractors and agents, reward suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion. If the claimant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to claim a reward in the Promotion.
  8. If a reward is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the reward is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party reward supplier. The terms and conditions which apply to the reward at the time it is issued to the claimant will prevail over these Conditions of Claim in the event of any inconsistency. To the extent permitted by law the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the reward , any delay or failure relating to the reward itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Claim or otherwise.
  9. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Claim restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  10. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a reward.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of claims and claimant's details (including a claimant's identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a claimant cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their claim, the claimant will forfeit the reward in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible claims, as applicable, will at the Promoter's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to claim a reward . Claims containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to claim a reward. The use of any automated claim software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically claim repeatedly is prohibited and may render all claims submitted by that individual invalid.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify claims in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Claim. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a reward , the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the claimant. If the dispute cannot be resolved the Promoter’s decision will be final.
  13. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any reward (or recommendation). For the sake of clarity, this clause shall not apply where the Promoter has contributed to or caused such loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death and shall not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in each case the Promoter’s liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  14. The claimant(s) will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.
  15. Unless otherwise specified, a reward is a single event for the claimant (and where relevant their guest) and cannot be separated into separate events or components.
  16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the claimant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the reward.
  17. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
