KPMG Law has taken a 10 per cent equity stake in Australian legal technology firm Plexus that is intended to give both businesses a leading position in the world market for legal operations consulting.
The deal has been accompanied by a strategic alliance in which Plexus and KPMG Law will jointly pitch for work and refer business to each other.
