Available to South Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are PPG account holders and live within a 10km radius of the Participating Store. Offer starts 6:30am 25/07/23 and ends 2pm 01/07/24 (“Promotional Period”). Individuals who make a qualifying purchase from Taubmans Trade Distribution Centre Thebarton, 1 Albert St Thebarton, SA (“Participating Store”) will be eligible to receive a full refund on their order if the order isn’t delivered within two (2) hours from the time the order is submitted. In order to qualify, eligible individuals must: (a) place their order between 6:30am and 2pm via email, phone or online during the Promotional Period; (b) purchase a minimum of 30 litres and a maximum of 300 litres via their PPG account; and (c) live within a 10km radius of the SA store. The exact order time will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Any refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of purchase. Accounts that purchase under a third-party housing or commercial agreement are excluded from the offer. Not valid with other offers. The promoter is PPG Industries Australia Pty Ltd, 14 McNaughton Road, Clayton, VIC 3168, Australia (ABN 82 055 500 939) and reserves the right to cancel or amend this offer at anytime. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss and/or damage arising in any way from this offer. Nothing in these conditions restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
