‘IGA Local Grocer Hampton’ Community Dollars Program

Promoter

The Trustee for Shamich Unit Trust t/a IGA Local Grocer & Liquor Hampton ABN 42 150 801 710, 549-551 Hampton St, Hampton VIC 3188, Australia. Ph: 7035 6231

How to Participate (Eligible Community Groups)

In order to be considered to take part in this promotional activity, an authorised member of an Eligible Community Group must register their interest at an IGA Local Grocer Hampton instore register by filling out the form with their community groups details and submit in the entry box at the register. There is no set end date and time for registrations and the Promoter may end this at any time at its discretion.

To qualify, community groups must meet the following criteria:

  • the group must be an incorporated association;
  • the group must be a bona fide not for profit association, local sporting group or educational organisation; and be located in Hampton, Moorabbin, Highett, Sandringham or Brighton.

Once approved, Eligible Community Groups will be given vouchers to distribute to members to then use at IGA Local Grocer Hampton, as outlined below. The number of vouchers awarded to each Eligible Community Group is at the discretion of the Promoter (and will be based on the number of members in the Eligible Community Group).

For the sake of clarity, the term ‘community groups’ is intended to include sporting organisations, educational organisations, not for profit organisations and other charitable organisations.

If an Eligible Community Group agrees to take part in this offer, they consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or logo in promotional and marketing material online and in store (and as otherwise determined by the Promoter).

How to Participate (Members of Eligible Community Groups)

To participate in this offer, members of the Eligible Community Group must spend a minimum of $30 in one transaction at the IGA Local Grocer Hampton store (excluding tobacco and tobacco products) between the first day of the month specified on the voucher and the last day of the month specified on the voucher (“Purchase Period”) and present their voucher.

For each voucher collected by IGA Local Grocer Hampton for the Eligible Community Group during the Purchase Period, the Promoter will donate $5 to the corresponding Eligible Community Group.

All funds will be paid within 30 days of the promotional activity ending (via direct debit) to the Eligible Community Group’s verified Australian bank account.

Further Voucher Rules

The following rules apply to use of the vouchers:

  • Vouchers cannot be photocopied or otherwise reproduced;
  • Any lost vouchers will be forfeited and will not be replaced;
  • Electronic copies of vouchers will not be accepted;
  • Only one voucher can be used per transaction; and
  • There is a limit of one (1) claim permitted per person.
