That’s why in 2019, we made a bold move: we committed 10% of our company’s equity to establish Plexus Impact — a charitable initiative designed to grow alongside our business and multiply our ability to drive change.

Plexus Impact isn’t a side initiative — it’s embedded into how we operate. Every Plexus employee contributes the equivalent of one day a fortnight to support our social impact mission. Through their work, they help build long-term value into Plexus Impact and value that’s reinvested into causes aligned with our purpose.

Our support goes beyond funding. We engage, partner, and often dollar match funds raised internally by our team.
